Empirical social science research is growing in its relevance, especially in researching systematically disadvantaged (so-called vulnerable) populations, such as migrants, refugees or aboriginal populations.
Research Across Borders believes scientific research is a powerful tool to gain an informed understanding of underlying psychological, socio-economic and legal mechanisms of issues that matter, based on empirical evidence.
